Yes, pickup and delivery are available in the San Diego area. Delivery location will dictate any additional delivery fees.
Pricing depends on the number of pieces, the value of pieces, the size of the pieces and condition of pieces. Most pieces range from $20–$40.
No, bloom cannot be removed by cleaning your glass. It is a defect of sorts in the manufacturing process, typically over worked glass generally at or around the seams. In some instances cleaning a piece with bloom can bring out the bloom more if doing long soaks in abrasive materials.
While nothing is guaranteed with glass, I am usually able to get rid of actual hard water stains. However sometimes people do confuse bloom with hard water stains and I cannot get rid of bloom.
